Majestic DME strives for excellence and each patient is treated with the upmost care. Majestic DME is now located in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley which serves all of Santa Clarita Valley and neighboring cities of the San Fernando Valley and West Valleys including Simi valley.

Verification: Current adjuster and/ or nurse case manager assigned to each claim.
Pre-authorization: Submitted through insurance carrier, utilization review or TPA following the labor code guidelines.
Communication: Majestic DME, LLC will submit reports on a weekly basis to clinic’s MA and/or Administrators with status of each prescription.
Network Participation: Majestic DME, LLC is recognized by One Call Care Management. In addition, workers’ compensation recognizes via major MPN’s by TPA affiliations as contractor of DME (i.e., Homelink,Tech Health, Total managed Care) including personal injuries.
Rates: Majestic DME, LLC fee schedules are very affordable to insurance carriers and keep a very competitive rate from the California Medicare DMEPOS and OMFS rates.
